Momma raccoon has been coming out of her tree nest, especially when the temperature reaches 100 degrees. It seems too hot for her to stay in there with her three babies. She comes out and "cools" off for a while. Even she is not used to this heat wave. Who is? Please take care of your animals during this heat, plenty of water and shelter, hopefully inside with you!
