What happens when teenagers get inches of snow in Virginia Beach? Most make snowmen, but a select few make an igloo. Although it isn't a true igloo, teenagers laziness and a limited time of actual snow is the reasoning behind the towel roof. Tupperware boxes, towels, a flagpole, rubber bands, a boogie board, a surfboard, and of course snow are the key ingredients of this probably one time accomplishment of some teenagers.
