I was out walking my dog shortly after 10 P.M. when I looked up at the moon, like I do most nights, and I noticed the ring. At first I just thought my eyes were playing a trick on me, but when I had someone else look and they saw it as well, I was just amazed. I have never seen anything like it before and I do not kow what is causing it. I am not able to see it from everywhere I stand, but I can see it from most places. A full moon has definitely brought a spectacle for me tonight. The ring is just so definite and bright, it continues completely around.
only distortion are the lines directly coming off of the moon. The ring actually appeared like that.
