Flood waters rose in the Eagle Creek subdivision in Moyock. These pictures were taken at about 2pm before the height of the storm. Many homes had water flowing into their garages and up over their foundations by the afternoon on Nov. 12th. Residents were utilizing sandbags to help keep out the invading waters without much effect. Many will be trying to dry their homes out today as the flood waters reside leaving them to acess the damage left behind.
