We live near Riverwalk in Chesapeake and the water has flooded the streets from the Elizabeth River which is located down the street. This is the worse than what Isabelle was and the water only came up to the garage door during Hurricane Isabelle. This time the water flooded our garage, backyard and whole neighborhood.
