Long established, Bubba's Seafood Restaurant was dealt another weather blow by the nor'easter on 11/12. Previously, the restaurant was only flooded inside by Isabel and the nor'easter of Nov. 2006. Don't worry, we were prepared, and the restaurant will be open as soon as the tides allow!!
