We live on Livesay Road in the Loxley Gardens area of Chesapeake near S. Military and George Washington Hwy. Here are a couple pics of the flooding in our neighborhood. NOTE: We are NOT in a flood zone, so don't think you can't be flooded outside of a "flood zone". Make sure you invest in flood insurance.
This is looking west down the street. The mailboxes are 1-2 ft from the actual street. The whole street is flooded.
