These are some of the pictures I have taken today around the Fox Hill and Buckroe Beach area of Hampton. Some streets were under 3 or more feet of water. I was disappointed because I could not get onto Grandview Island due to high flood waters covering the road. I needed a truck and a paddle boat for that!
