This morning when I looked out of my back door to check on my boat, I noticed a run away boat heading towards my docked boat around 6:00 a.m. this morning. It missed hitting my boat by about three feet and slammed into my neighbors back yard. I rust over to tie it up before it continued it's unsupervised voyage... the boat came from the Norfolk side of the Elizabeth River.
