Although it is 'daytime', it isn't much lighter than at 5 am this morning on Bridge Street in Hampton!
The wind continues to blow and the water is SLOWLY receding. We'll prepare for higher levels this pm, which will top what we have seen around our condominium so far. We hope our knoll will still be high enough! All are safe and sound, and we'll be careful!
