Our Girl Scout Daisy Troop #393 (from Colonial Coast Council- Kings Grant Service Unit) participated in the recent town center Light up the town parade on Nov. 17, 2012. We are first year Daisy's and this was our first BIG event. None of our girls had ever been in a parade and they were so excited they could hardly wait. We dressed them up in boxes and huge bows in their hair, as Christmas presents. Despite the freezing cold and the long wait at the staging area, the girls were awesome and had a blast! We were even complimented on our costumes all night. We to go troop #393!
