The Abingdon Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company takes Santa through out the lower part of Gloucester to visit the children and pets. This takes place every Saturday right after Thanksgiving - a tradition that has been going on for over 20 years and grows every year. This year AVFR helped out with Shoppe with a Cop and Farm Fresh so that children could visit Santa.
