Saturday, September 10, 2011, 7:26:44 PM: This picture was taken of an object that I observed while listening to the music in Town Center in Virginia Beach. The object was visable for several minutes and only seemed to be going higher in elevation. I evaluated this as many gas filled balloons but severe magnification could not confirm kit.
