I encountered this accident on I-264 eastbound, just east of Witchduck Rd.,Sat., 4/16/11 @ 6:04pm.
It had apparently just happened, as no police, fire or rescue vehicles had yet arrived.
What I couldn't figure out was HOW it happened!
