Picture taken Friday 2-25-11 on the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River. The winds increased during the afternoon as the temperature fell. Shortly before I took this picture, I had seen a small water spout. That is why I went to get my camera. The water spout had lifted by the time I returned with my camera.
