The 7th graders at Plaza Middle School participated in the Cool School Challenge Polar Plunge, Friday, February 4, 2011 to benefit Special Olympics. "The Elephant Girls," Cassidy Beatty, Erin Connolly, and Breann Sictor won the contest for Best Team Costume before taking the plunge into the ice cold ocean.
