went to rome the neighborhood off of little creek rd near the sewells apts and as i turned the corner i seen a car just parked in the middle of the street and i knew that meant flooding. At the site was a ch 13 news crew not filming yet so i got some shots, and what you see is a laundry unit flooded horrible along with a few cars, i watched a woman try to make it but couldn't and grabbed a blue raft to get to her place she was the least bit happy!
