It was a nice partly cloudy morning and cars were driving back and forth on Princess Anne Road near the local Booker T. Washington. Then the strange happened...A sewer top flew almost 25ft in the air from the ground of the vacant street! It takes but a while for people to notice the phenomenon but eventually as people are walking they stop and notice tons of water shooting over 20ft. in the air! I'd hate to be the guy that made a bet on the day sewer tops fly.
