Healthcare coalition says governor should support Medicaid expansion

It's estimated that expanding Medicaid would give 400,000 uninsured Virginians health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act but Gov. Bob McDonnell says the state can't afford it unless major reforms are made to Medicaid first.
