Man shot in Chesapeake, found dead in Norfolk

Officers in Chesapeake responded to shots fired at the the 600 block of Woodlake Drive 2 a.m. Sunday. 27-year-old Troy Sargeant was found dead in a red car at the 900 block of Trice Terrace and Seay Avenue.
