Fatal accident
VIRGINIA BEACH-- Police Monday identified the name of the man killed in a three-car accident Sunday afternoon.
Shortly after 3 p.m., a van traveling southbound on Lynnhaven Parkway near Primrose jumped the median and struck two cars going in the opposite direction.
The van flipped, ejecting 34-Joseph Leonard Lewis, who was pinned under the van.
The driver of the Nissan and three people in a Lexus were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police say alcohol is considered a factor in the crash and the investigation continues.
