On November 20th, there were two robberies of pizza delivery drivers within an hour of each other. In each case the two suspects fled the scene in a dark colored Lexus. To put the flattop in Florida though will require over $600-million in new construction, which Virginia claims is unnecessary when the piers are ready in Norfolk.
