Body in the street VB
VIRGINIA BEACH-- Police say a man found dead in a Va. Beach neighborhood Thursday had been shot.
31-year-old Rafael Obes Hernandez lived on O'Hare Street, not far t where his body was found.
Police arrived on O'Hare and Dahlia drives just before 10:00 p.m. after a resident called to report a body in the street.
Another person told officers they heard a "banging" sound in the area about 20 minutes before the body was found.
