NEWPORT NEWS-- A police officer is arrested again, accused of exposing himself before a child.
Christopher Roush allegedly exposed himself on his front porch back in April. Saturday, police now say a child under 15 year old saw the officer naked on his porch.
Friday, a Grand jury received additional evidence and filed new charges against Roush. The list includes one count of felony indecent liberties with a child under the age of fifteen, five counts of misdemeanor obscene sexual display and seven counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure.
In April, Roush was arrested, accused of standing nude on a porch. One officer saw a nude man shut the front door as he approached the residence.
Roush used to be known as Officer Chris Miner. In 2010, he was found not guilty on a charge of abduction with intent to defile.
Roush has been with the police department for nine years. The department's Professional Standards Office will conduct an administrative investigation. Roush was released on an $11,000 bond.
