NORFOLK-Norfolk has plans to add more crosswalks to a busy roadway where a man hit by a car and killed.

That work for Lafayette Blvd. should begin next year.

Also part of the $1 million effort to revitalize Fairmount Park will be new sidewalks, a median, welcome signs, street lights and public art.

Norfolk is also buying lane to attract new businesses to the area.
