CHESAPEAKE -- The annual Run for the Roses can help people with Cerebral Palsy in Hampton Roads.

Cerebral Palsy of Virginia is hosting its 16th Annual Kentucky Derby party on Saturday, at the Chesapeake Marriott on Woodlake Drive.

It starts at 5:30 p.m. and includes complimentary Champagne, Mint Juleps and Hors D’oeuvres. There's a dinner, raffles, auctions and more.

Tickets are $75 and includes two drink tickets.

Cerebral Palsy of Virginia provides programs and services which advance the independence and the inclusion in the community for children and adults with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities such as those with Down syndrome, autism, intellectual disabilities, muscular dystrophy, learning disabilities and those with hearing, speech and visual impairments
