5/2 UPDATE: Christopher Havens, 31, of Hampton has been charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and 3rd offense larceny.

YORKTOWN -- The robbery of a gas station in Yorktown has attracted federal attention.  

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has put up $5,000.00 for information that leads them to the man who robbed an Exxon earlier this month.

It happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at the store located at 3102 Big Bethel Road.

He's described as white, 6' tall, weighed about 200 pounds and had dirty blonde hair and a beard. He was wearing a red hat with a black brim and a red/white/black jacket with a white letter A on it.  He was carrying a black and silver handgun.
