COLLEGE FOOTBALL-HEISMAN TROPHY INVITES
Manziel, Klein, Te'o among Heisman finalists
NEW YORK (AP) — Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel (man-ZEHL'), Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o (MAN'-ty TAY'-oh) and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein will be on hand Saturday, when the Heisman Trophy is presented in New York.
Manziel would be the first freshman to win the Heisman while Te'o is trying to become the first defense-only player to win college football's top individual award.
Te'o has already won the Butkus Award as the nation's top linebacker and the Bronko Nagurski Award as the country's top defensive player.
Klein is the winner of the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, given to the nation's top upperclassman quarterback.
