NSU falls to conference leaders 76-70

 Six seniors played their last home game for Norfolk State on senior night.  Malcom Hawkins, a senior, celebrated with a big night.  He had 31 points.

North Carolina Central jumped out to a 12 point lead in the first half and showed why they are the top team in the conference.  

However, the Spartans rallied to tie the game in the second half.  They could never gain the lead though.  The Eagles made it 16 wins in a row with. The final was 76-70.

Norfolk State ends up as the fourth seed in the MEAC tournament, which means they play UMES on Monday at 6:30 at Scope.
