NEWPORT NEWS -- Police have found Jamia Q. Robinson and she's safe.
The 25 year-old hadn't been seen since Saturday night at the Open Arms Adult Home on 27th Street, where she lives.
Police say she suffers from mental disorders and had twice before left the home.
