JAMES CITY COUNTY -- Nearly a year after a house was set on fire, investigators have arrested the owner.
No one was inside the home at 2809 Durfey’s Mill Road when it burned on January 30, 2008.
The house had been on the market for a year when it went up in flames, causing about $600,000 in damage.

Firefighters said there had been a fire at the home seven months earlier and that it had been ruled accidental.
Soon after the January fire, the James City Co. fire marshal sought a search warrant for the owner’s financial records.
On Tuesday, investigators said they'd arrested Darl Lee Mann, Jr. at his home on Oxford Road. He was taken to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail on a charge of burning an occupied dwelling.
