10:28 AM EST on Wednesday, December 19, 2007
The Virginia Beach mother accused of videotaping her two-year-old daughter posing with a cigarette in her mouth is out of jail.
Sandra Venery posted a $2,500 bond late Monday, said Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Paula Miller.
Police found the video on the social networking site Myspace.com.
The girl refers to the woman making the video as "mommy" and is allegedly coaxed into using profanity.
Venery was charged with one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
