Va. Beach Police car, two others collide Tuesday night

VIRGINIA BEACH – A Virginia Beach police officer is out of the hospital tonight after crashing his patrol car.

A police car and two other vehicles collided Tuesday evening.
The three-vehicle crash occurred Tuesday night at Independence Boulevard and Jericho Road.
The on-duty officer rear-ended an s-u-v that then rear-ended a pick-up truck.
The officer suffered a minor head injury.
Police say there were no other major injuries.
Investigators have not yet determined who was at fault.
