After a week of cleaning, the dog park at Red Wing Park in Va. Beach is back open.

The park reopened Monday morning after closing Saturday, September 22. That's when a woman woman called to say her dog that had visited the park had been diagnosed with Parvo.

As a precaution, the park was closed and sanitized daily with bleach.

Officials said they have received no reports of any dog at the park contracting the highly-contagious virus.
