Suffolk man faces felony charge for leaving toddler alone in car

SUFFOLK -- A Suffolk man is facing felony charges after allegedly leaving his toddler in a pickup truck while he went shopping.
Police say Bobby Gene Mosley was inside the Suffolk Wal-Mart Saturday evening, leaving his three-year-old daughter alone in the truck.

Officers say he was inside the store for about 16 minutes, and the little girl was not hurt.
Mosley was charged with felony cruelty and injury to a child.
His daughter was released to her mother.
