SUFFOLK – Nearly three-dozen homes could be without water for much of the day because of a water main break.
It happened Thursday morning on East Constance Road near Elizabeth Street. One lane is closed as crews repair the 6-inch main.
Work is expected to continue into the afternoon, city officials say.
