VIRGINIA BEACH -- Three men are being investigated for nearly two dozen graffiti vandalisms at the Oceanfront.
The suspects were caught after a man, riding his bicycle to work early Saturday, saw them on the roof of a business and called police.
In all, police say the three could be responsible for 22 acts of vandalism that occurred between midnight and 4:50 a.m. Most of the graffiti was found on businesses on Atlantic Avenue.
Anthony Robert Sands, 23, of 23rd Street, James Andrew Wynn, 24, of Opal Avenue and Kyle Patrick Levin, 24, of Laurelfield Ct., are each charged with one count each of destruction of private property and trespassing in a graffiti vandalism at 1806 Atlantic Avenue. More charges will follow as the investigation is continuing, police stated.
