Car catches fire in MacArthur Center parking garage

NORFOLK – A car parked at MacArthur Center in downtown caught fire Thursday afternoon.
Smoke rolled out of the second floor of the south garage near Nordstrom around 1:00 p.m.
Firefighters say one car caught fire and damaged two others.
Investigators say the fire started accidentally, but the investigation continues.
