White, born a man, has been using the silicone himself for years to enhance his cheekbones.

White is charged in two separate incidents that took place in June of 2006 and January of 2007.

Suffolk police found out about the illegal practice after two former customers came forward with complications after one of White's procedures.

"Fortunately, they weren't anything that was life-threatening,” said Ross. “But they were concerned about health issues to the general public and that's why they brought it to my attention."

Police believe White may have performed other procedures they are unaware of.
