NORFOLK -- 13News viewers are speaking out about their experiences taking the bus following our report Wednesday.

“Like you said last night in your segment, this is just mass total chaos,” said one person who watched the report.

At Cedar Grove transfer station, as we saw first hand, you can miss your connection if you don’t move quickly.

The Richards family uses the bus all the time.

“They come in and if you miss it, oh there it goes,” says Nancy Richards.

Many complaints and a few kudos were posted on WVEC.com.

Norfolk City Councilman Randy Wright is an HRT Commissioner.

He met us at Cedar Grove to see the situation for himself. It was the first time he'd been to the site.

“The first thing I'm going to do this afternoon is I’m going to shoot an e-mail out to the city manager and make sure the city administration is taking a close look at this,” he said.

He added, “We've got to find a better way to do it.”
