Police investigate a triple shooting on Richmond Avenue.
PORTSMOUTH – Three 17-year-olds, two of them brothers, were shot Wednesday.
Police were called to the duplex in the 1500 block of Richmond Avenue just before noon.
The brothers were outside their home and the woman was inside her house when they were struck by gunfire.
The only description of the two suspects is that they are black and were in an older model blue Crown Victoria with tinted windows.
The motive for the shooting isn't known and it's unclear whether all three were targeted by the gunman.

The three were being treated at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
By Thursday afternoon, one of the brothers had been released from the hospital. The other man and the woman remain hospitalized, police reported.
