NORFOLK -- A Ft. Story-based soldier arrested in January on several sex crimes, including consensual sex with a 13-year-old, pleaded guilty Monday.

Swindell Leonard Davis, 29, pleaded guilty in Norfolk Circuit Court to one count of indecent liberties and three counts of carnal knowledge of a minor.

He was arrested in January after two girls, ages 13 and 9, turned up missing from their Norfolk school. Police went to the teenager's home looking for the girls and say Davis opened the door, telling them there were no children inside.

Officers pressed on, and reportedly found the girls hiding in a closet where Davis told them to stay.

A search warrant said Davis began a relationship with the girls months earlier, exchanging e-mails and text messages. At one point, the search warrant alleges Davis brought a pornographic movie to the 13-year-old's house for them to watch together.

According to victims, and the search warrant, the relationship moved from inappropriate movies and inneundo to sexual activities the day before Davis' arrest.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 20th.
