CHESAPEAKE -- Three teenagers face felony charges after police say they stole a pizza from a Domino's delivery man.

Around 3:00 p.m. Saturday, the delivery man attempted to deliver a pizza, wings and a soda to a home on the 300 block of Kenelm Drive. The homeowner said he did not order a pizza, and as the driver went back to his vehicle, police say the three suspects approached him.

From Chesapeake Police

Andre Harvin, suspect

One of the suspects brandished a firearm and demanded the pizza, wings and soda. They were last seen by the victim running down Kenelm Drive with the food.

Shortly afterwards, police and a K-9 unit arrived at the scene. The dog was able to track the suspects to a home on the 1100 block of Sir Galahad Drive, where one of the suspects lived.

Two of the teenagers are underage; one is 14 and the other is 16. They face charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

18-year-old Andre Harvin of Cushing Street in Portsmouth faces the same charges as the other teens, in addition to two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
