SUFFOLK – A Suffolk man accused of physically abusing a seven-year-old child turned himself in to police Tuesday afternoon.
John Anthony Holmes, 38, faces felony child abuse charges in three cases.
Police aren't releasing details of the relationship between the Holmes and the child.
