Jeffrey Steven Woodyard, 23, was indicted and then arrested Friday on charges of indecent liberties with a child by a custodian.

The teens are boys, ages 15 and 16, who were on the team at Nansemond Swim Club, according to city spokeswoman Debbie George.

Both received text messages between June and August that encouraged them to send inappropriate photos to Woodyard, said George.

Additionally, Woodyard is charged with inappropriately touching one of them.

Woodyard was arrested in August after allegedly sending cell phone text messages to a 16-year-old boy that included sexually-explicit photographs and encouraged him to send photographs, via text messages, back to him.

He was released on a $5,000 bond on that charge. He's now free on a $7,500 bond from these latest charges.

Indictments served Friday include four counts of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of producing child pornography, and two counts of using electronic means to commit child sex crimes or pornography.

Members of the swim club said in August that Woodyard had been suspended without pay from both the club and the team.
