VIRGINIA BEACH - Performers were getting in practice runs Friday morning as they prepared for the NAS Oceana Air Show.
Gates opened at 5:00 p.m. and performances began at 5:30 p.m. and run throughout the weekend.

Of course, for people on the Peninsula who want to attend, they'll need to use the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel because the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel eastbound and the James River Bridge southbound will be closed all weekend.
