NEWPORT NEWS-July 21, 2012: Timmie Tennell Williams, 25, is charged with one count each of computer use to commit certain sex offenses with a minor, attempt to commit a felony, carnal knowledge of a child 13-14 years old and indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15.
