NEWPORT NEWS-Dec. 6, 2012: Devon Tyrell Slaughter, 20, is charged with charging two counts of felony failure to report a traffic crash involving injuries and one count each of misdemeanor leaving the scene of a traffic crash and driving with a revoked driver’s license.
