RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Hardwood flooring retailer Lumber Liquidators plans to invest more than $60 million to expand its presence in Virginia.
Gov. Bob McDonnell said Friday that the Toano-based company is looking to create about 250 jobs in Virginia over the next three years through the growth of its corporate and manufacturing operations.
The company also previously announced its plans to consolidate its East Coast distribution operations in Henrico County, which keep 500 jobs in Virginia.
The Virginia Economic Development Partnership secured a $2 million performance-based grant for the project.
