CHESAPEAKE – The Dirty Girl Mud Run, the original women-only national 5K mud and obstacle run series, returns to Hampton Roads later this month.

The run is Saturday, April 26, at Greenbrier Farms, located at 225 Sign Pine Road in Chesapeake.

The run has untimed, obstacles-optional course for teens (14+) and women, no matter what their athletic abilities. Obstacles include the Utopian Tubes tunnel crawl, the PMS (Pretty Muddy Stuff) mud pit and the Dirty Dancing giant slide.

Dirty Girl supports Bright Pink, the only national non-profit organization focusing on the risk reduction and early detection of breast and ovarian cancers in young women.

The entry fee is $85.
